She'll Be Stylin' on the Golf Course

Our three year old granddaughter got a set of real golf clubs for her birthday.  Her dad is a really GOOD and avid golfer.  He takes her to the driving range quite often.  So..........
she needs a real golfer's outfit, right?
This is the pattern and some fabric I bought a while back with Lil' E in mind.
Here's the little skort that she will wear with the polo shirt and golf hat that her Grammy gave her.  This couldn't have been easier to make.  I made it this morning in a couple of hours start to finish.  I really meant to get this made before her birthday, but it just didn't get done, so, I guess it's better late than never.
By the way, I am going shopping for leggings to go with the shirt dress that I made for our almost 8 year old granddaughter that I depicted in my last post.  I'm not sure what color, but probably red, yellow, or bright green.  Whichever I find, I will make a matching narrow crocheted scarf like the girls are all wearing.  I also plan to get a purse made for her to carry with this dress.

That is such a cute skirt, and your granddaughter is cute too.

I made my first pajama shorts. I actually made two. I wear them to bed every night. I am so happy with them. I should probably make some pants soon as it the weather will start getting cold. Hope you'll come take a look. By the way, I am turning 10 this weekend.

Of course she must have the right outfit to golf in when she has a grandmother as talented as you are! Cute, cute, cute skirt. And just perfect for golf!

That golf bag looks almost as big as she is!

Julia, How sweet! What a great Grandpa to take her golfing. My son loves to golf too, but we can't afford it on a regular basis. Too pricey! However, we got a set of golf clubs at the local thrift store and of course, out here in the country, we have lots of room to practice!

I ADORE the skirt you made for her! I Sooo enjoy your cute sewing projects. The clothes are just darling! BTW,your blog background is so cute!
